I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) dedicated to creating a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, chronic pain, and identity-related challenges.
My approach is grounded in Relational Cultural Theory, which views growth-fostering connection as a powerful source of healing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps individuals build psychological flexibility and live in accordance with their values. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. I take a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, recognizing the impact of personal experiences, relationships, culture, and systemic factors on well-being.
I have experience providing psychotherapy and psychological assessment in integrated healthcare and community mental health settings. I aim to bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. I welcome the opportunity to connect and explore how therapy can support you in creating meaningful and lasting change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with eight years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families navigating transitions, relational challenges, and trauma. I also support first responders experiencing burnout and compassion fatigue, helping them restore balance, purpose, and emotional well-being. In addition, I help survivors of domestic violence and emotional abuse heal from trauma and reclaim their lives. Through lived experience, I am able to offer support to individuals struggling with attachment wounds, codependency, depression, anxiety and self-worth.
My approach is person-centered and strength-based, integrating evidence-based methods such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Play Therapy. As a clinician, I meet clients where they are, creating a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space to support them on their healing journey.
